Signature Talks

Weaving practical wisdom with visionary thinking, my presentations spark captivating conversations on the critical topics shaping our future.

Heidi Feinstein, speaker

Most of what I do happens in the room with people, not from a podium.A workshop is where the change actually lands.

Most requested

Half-Day Workshop

Up to three hours, on site.

From $7,500

Your team in a room, working on the thing that is actually stuck. I facilitate, they do the work. People leave with decisions made rather than notes taken.

Full-Day Intensive

One full day, on site.

From $12,000

The same work, with room to finish it. Best when the problem crosses departments, or when the team has never had the conversation at all.

Keynote

Forty-five to sixty minutes.

From $5,000

Built for your room rather than pulled off a shelf. Good for opening a conference, or setting up the day that follows it.

Panels, fireside chats and classroom sessions are arranged individually. Virtual formats are priced below in-person. Travel is billed separately outside New England, and universities, nonprofits and associations have their own rate — ask.

A facilitated day is a different thing from The Walk-Through on the Services page. That one is a diagnostic visit, priced as the first step into a consulting engagement.

Scaling with Soul

I share practical tools and techniques honed from over two decades of navigating the complexities that come with scaling up a venture without losing the soul and individuality of a start-up. The goal of this dialogue is to help you turn what feels impossible into the possible: growing your company while keeping your people as engaged and passionate as when you launched.

How booking works

Interested in having Heidi speak at your next event?

No agency, no layers. You are talking to me from the first message to the day itself.

  1. Send the enquiry

Use the form below. It asks for your date, the audience and its size, the format you have in mind, and a budget range. The more you can tell me there, the more useful our first conversation is.

  2. We talk it through

A short discovery call to understand the event, the room, and what you need people to walk out holding. This is where we agree the scope together.

  3. Scope and fee confirmed

I come back with availability and a fee for the work as we have scoped it, including preparation and any travel. If the fit is not right, I will say so and point you elsewhere.

  4. Contract, and your date is held

A speaker's contract sets out the date, fee, scope and terms. Your date is held once it is signed.

  5. Materials and preparation

On confirmation I send a full bio, headshot and the marketing materials we agreed, so your promotion is never waiting on me. Closer to the day we take a prep call to tailor the talk to your audience, and confirm AV and travel.

  6. The day itself

I arrive prepared and on time, having done the reading on your organisation, and I stay for the conversation afterwards if that is useful to you.

Please fill out the form, so we can set up a discovery call to determine the scope of working together.Upon confirmation, I will provide you with a full bio, head shot, and additional marketing materials as agreed upon, along with a speaker’s contract.

“Food is Life, Art & Love”

Join me on the Positive Enterprise Value Podcast, where we discussed the opening of Hearth Food Garden, a European-style food market in downtown Portsmouth, NH. I shared my background and success with Life Alive Cafes; my vision for transforming Portsmouth's local food scene; and how this new venture would differ from my previous restaurant business. (1h9m)
