Why I built it
What I keep hearing from founders, no matter what field they are in, is that time and money are getting harder to access, and they need to become laser focused on their priorities. Their challenge isn't knowing what to fix. It's having the actual capacity and resources to fix it. I spent many hours figuring out how to help people who might otherwise stay stuck or give up because of finances or time, and I built The Rooted Silent Partner Program to meet entrepreneurs where they are.

A monthly 60-minute call, one new system built together each month (an SOP, a schedule, a role or a meeting rhythm), and a monthly check-in on how you and your team are really doing.

Most plans stall between meetings. With a Silent Partner, the work keeps moving between our calls, so you aren't carrying it alone. I review every report and plan myself, and it costs far less than a part-time office manager.
