Why begin with a package

Some clients work with me an hour or two a week — powerful sessions, the way you would with a coach — and that door is always open. But a defined arc is the surest way to change a business. Every package has a beginning, a middle and an end you can plan around: a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a finish line where the systems are yours and I step back.

You are not buying my time and hoping it adds up. You are buying an outcome we agreed on in writing, delivered the way living systems grow: observe, design, test, adapt, evolve. It is faster because nothing waits on another proposal, cleaner because you always know what comes next, and honest because the fee is known before we begin. Many clients then choose to keep going at The Founders Table — and by then, we both know exactly what that time is for.

One hour, virtual.

The Rooted Session

Bring the one question that's keeping you up at night. A decision you keep circling, a team member issue, a space that isn't working, an idea you need to say out loud to someone who has been there. We'll get to the root of it together and you'll leave with a clear next step. Most founders go on from here to Leadership Mentoring or Off the Floor. We'll know which by the end of the hour.

The Rooted Series

For the bigger shift that won't resolve in one conversation. We meet four times, spaced over two to three months, so you have room to try things between sessions and come back with what you learned. Steady support while you build, without committing to a full package.
