Find your seat.
Own the delivery of full operating systems for enterprise and mid-market clients — foundations, workflow automations, integrations, QA. You'll take builds from architecture diagrams to systems that run 450 live projects without breaking.
You have
- 5+ years in process automation
- Strong Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Deep experience with automation platforms — and the judgment to know when to go fully custom
- The communication skills to walk a client through your system
You'll live in
- Database design — schemas, relationships, permissions
- Workflow design — intake, routing, approvals, notifications
- API integration across client systems
- Edge cases, failure modes, and documentation
Design the AI layer — agents, decision logic, document intelligence — that sits on top of clean workflows, not instead of them. You'll sit with clients, find where AI actually fits, and architect the intelligence that runs their operation.
You have
- 7+ years in AI/ML development
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
- A strong machine-learning foundation
- Client-facing chops — you can translate business problems into systems
You'll live in
- Agent design and decision logic
- Document intelligence — receipts, estimates, invoices, SOWs
- Model selection and evaluation for production systems
- Workflow mapping calls with client teams
