About
Operators, not theorists.
Boom Automations builds custom AI operating systems for mid-market companies — 80+ implementations over 4+ years, working with five clients at a time so every build gets the team's full attention.
We bet on custom before it was obvious.
Boom started where most automation shops start: gluing tools together. Four years and 85+ builds later, we'd learned the uncomfortable truth — the glue was the problem. Companies didn't need more connected tools. They needed fewer tools and one system.
A year before Starbucks announced it was leaving IBM and Microsoft to build in-house, we moved everything we deliver off Airtable and low-code platforms and went fully custom. That bet is now the entire market's direction.
Today we do one thing: consolidate mid-market companies onto custom AI operating systems — mapped, wireframed, built, and adopted. The gap between "AI curious" and "AI deployed" is massive and closing fast. We're the ones who close it.
The operators winning right now are the ones who can translate business problems into systems, not prompts. — Luke Pierce, Tech 2.0 Conference

Owns the architecture: schemas, workflow logic, agent design. Where "build too fast, rebuild twice" gets prevented.
