A gathering series that runs its own reservations

Sanctuary hosts an intimate summer series of gatherings. The whole flow — RSVP, capacity, waitlist, welcome guide — runs on The Cloud's own Forms and Studio.

The challenge

Sanctuary runs a seasonal series of small, capacity-limited gatherings. Each one needs to take reservations, cap the room, handle a full event gracefully, and send every guest a guide on how to prepare — the kind of flow that usually means stitching together a booking service, a form tool, and an email platform.

Sanctuary wanted it to feel like one calm, coherent site — and to run it without a developer on call.

What was built on The Cloud

A site for the series

A Studio site presents the summer series, with a page for each gathering. It's built from modular files — styles, app logic, and per-page modules — so it stays fast and easy to edit.

RSVP with real capacity

Each gathering has its own RSVP form with a hard capacity. When the seats are taken, the form knows it's full — no overbooking a room built for six.

Waitlists that appear when a gathering fills

When an event fills, a cancellation list takes its place — a short form collecting name, email, and phone — so guests can join and be contacted if a space opens up.

A welcome guide for every guest

After RSVP, each guest can open a welcome guide: where to meet, what to bring, how to prepare, and buttons to add the gathering to their calendar. Every guide follows one consistent template across the series.

Where it stands

Reservations, capacity, waitlists, and guest guides all run on The Cloud — one studio site, with no third-party booking tool in the loop.

Every detail on this page is real and qualitative — what was built and the surfaces it used. No invented metrics.
