How to check if daniel-teka@kindo.ai (or daniel@teka.ai) has M365 admin / a Teams license

Admin role — 30-second check: sign into admin.microsoft.com as the account.

• If the admin center loads → you have an admin role. To see exactly which, go to entra.microsoft.com → Identity → Roles & admins → check membership of Global Administrator (that's the one that can grant the app admin-consent).

• If it says "you don't have access" → not an admin. (We already know daniel-teka@kindo.ai is not a kindo.ai global admin — the "Need admin approval" screen proved it. And daniel@teka.ai almost certainly is Global Admin of the teka.ai tenant, since you created it.)

Teams / M365 license — check on the account itself: sign into myaccount.microsoft.com → Subscriptions (or My apps). If you see a Teams-inclusive plan (Business/E3/E5) → licensed. Fastest tell: does teams.microsoft.com open a working Teams (not "you need a license"), and can you schedule a meeting with Record & transcribe? If yes → the license side is covered and we only need admin-consent.

If you're an admin, check anyone's license: admin.microsoft.com → Users → Active users → (the user) → Licenses & apps.

Bottom line for our two blockers:

• Consent (admin) — daniel-teka@kindo.ai can't self-grant; needs a kindo.ai Global Admin. On teka.ai, daniel@teka.ai can self-grant but that tenant has no Teams.

• License — check via myaccount.microsoft.com as daniel-teka; if teams.microsoft.com works there, we just need the consent.
