The Interface (of) The Future Father 🧿🍁
Evan — this is the long-form version of the thing I hinted at in our thread. You bring the community + marketing; I bring the workspace + tech. This page lays out what The Cloud actually is, where AOM's superpowers plug in, and how we could scale it together — including the venture aspect you asked me to elaborate on.
The Cloud is an AI-native workspace — a substrate, not another app. It folds Pages, Tasks, Calendar, Memory, Files, Studio (build real apps from chat), Agents, Commerce, and tool integrations into one place an AI can actually operate inside on your behalf. The pitch isn't "another SaaS tab." It's the desk the dashboard sits on.
You talk to it. It remembers you across sessions, knows your world, and does the work — not just answers questions.
It has memory. Most AI tools forget you the moment the chat ends. The Cloud carries a durable, governed memory layer — who you are, what you're building, your preferences — so every session starts already knowing your world.
It builds, not just chats. "Turn any idea into a working app this week (no code)" — you literally wrote that subject line. The Cloud's Studio does exactly that: describe an app, it gets built and goes live at a real URL. Newsletters, member hubs, order forms, community pages — spun up from a conversation.
It runs agents. Dispatch autonomous workers to do real multi-step jobs — research, outreach, building — across a fleet of machines. You stay the human in the loop; it does the churn.
It's substrate. Pages, tasks, calendar, files, contacts, commerce, and integrations all live in one connected fabric an AI can reason across. That connectedness is the moat — not any single feature.
This is the "you have Community/Marketing, I have WorkSpace/Tech" split, made concrete.
AOM's superpower | How The Cloud amplifies it |
|---|---|
The newsletter (1-2-3 Monday Mail) | A native Campaigns engine — audience, drafts, send, all inside the substrate. Your voice, our distribution rail. |
Community (Camp Mondays, the Monday tribe) | Spaces-as-communities: joinable, taggable member hubs that double as the app and the gathering place. |
Teaching "build an app this week, no code" | The Cloud is the no-code-to-real-app engine. Your audience already wants this. We hand them the tool you've been describing. |
Audience trust + distribution | You have the reach and the credibility. The Cloud is the product that reach can carry. |
The fit is almost embarrassingly clean: AOM has been marketing the exact future The Cloud is the substrate for.

Meet The Cloud — for Evan | Art of Mondays
Phase 1 — Prove the loop. AOM members get The Cloud. They build the apps you've been teaching them to imagine — for real, live, this week. Their wins become your content, which becomes more reach, which becomes more builders.
Phase 2 — Co-branded surface. A Camp Mondays / AOM hub built in The Cloud. The community lives on the substrate. Distribution and product become the same motion.
Phase 3 — The venture aspect. Not a vendor deal. A shared upside: AOM as the community + marketing engine, Teka/The Cloud as the workspace + tech engine, with equity/revenue alignment so we're building one thing together, not trading favors. This is the part worth a real conversation — and it's what I want to walk you through on the Loom.
I don't want AOM as a customer or a sponsor slot. I want a structured partnership where AOM's community/marketing strength and Teka's product/tech strength are aligned at the equity or rev-share level — so when The Cloud grows, AOM grows with it, and vice versa. You own the layer you're already the best in the world at (community, voice, distribution). I own the layer I'm heads-down building (the substrate, the agents, the build engine). Together it's a complete company.
The Loom will show you the product live + a clean one-page on what the split could look like.
Next step: Send Evan a Loom (product walkthrough + venture one-liner). Keep it short — AOM is thin on time gearing up for Camp Mondays right now.
