Published the Security page: encryption in transit and at rest, how connection tokens are protected, where data is hosted, account access protections, deletion, and how to report a security concern.

We take security seriously and build it into how The Cloud works. This page describes the main protections in place. It is written in plain language and describes our practices honestly — not a certification or a guarantee of absolute security.

Encryption

All traffic between you and The Cloud is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and your data is encrypted at rest. The tokens that authorize a connected service are encrypted before they are stored, so they are never held in plain text.

Hosting and infrastructure

The Cloud runs on our backend infrastructure provider, Convex, which processes data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We limit the data we store to what the product needs to work.

Access controls

Your account is protected by authentication, and the content you create is private by default. Connecting an AI, sharing content, or making something public always requires your explicit consent at the time of the action. Access to connected services is scoped to the narrowest permissions a feature needs.

Deletion

You can delete content at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and the content you created, including data synced from connected accounts. Disconnecting a connected service deletes its tokens and removes the data synced from it. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you have found a security issue, please tell us at team@teka.ai so we can investigate and respond. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
