Tai chi is part of this because it builds strength through structure, balance, breath, control, and slow internal precision. It is not just gentle movement — it trains awareness, coordination, grounded power, and mobility together.

In this book, tai chi sits inside the larger idea of training that feels intuitive, sustainable, and embodied. The emphasis is on strength that is felt, not forced; movement that restores mobility while also developing resilience, posture, and calm focus.


Studying Ram Das (attending a recorded retreat from back in the 80s), Going on a walk, building ora into feed input canvas, solving a complex social grid algorithm (mine, shared, public), and living in the present moment. šŸ
