Traction & Roadmap

This page is where numbers matter most. I have written what is verifiably real and left every metric you have not given me as [ADD]. An empty traction page beats a fabricated one — fill these with true figures before sending.

What is live today

  • Working platform — Pages, Tasks, Memory, Calendar, Files, Habits, all in production.

  • Live MCP server at mcp.thecloud.so, exposing the full object model to any connected model.

  • Studio apps shipped and live in market, including:

- A ceremony and healing practitioner's site

- A wellness site with a working admin panel

- A weather / air-quality / tide tracker

- A bakery webshop

  • Enterprise engagement — an active relationship with Kindo (enterprise AI platform) exercising the platform against real workloads.

Metrics to add before sending

  • Active users / signups: [ADD]

  • Paying customers and MRR: [ADD]

  • Kindo engagement value / contract terms: [ADD]

  • Studio apps deployed (count) and usage: [ADD]

  • Any week-over-week or month-over-month growth: [ADD]

Roadmap

The build pipeline is sequenced by readiness (Now / Next / Later), not calendar dates:

  • Now — hardening the core substrate and MCP layer; Studio app identity, auth, and runtime.

  • Next — persistent agent mode, memory hydration and relevance ranking, the commerce and hosting metering that turns the model on.

  • Later — the marketplace/store, broader channel adapters, and the agent-runs-agent runtime that lets the platform operate itself.

The roadmap above is real and deep — the internal master pipeline (Tapestry) tracks dozens of build docs across these. You can offer to walk an investor through it live; it is one of the strongest signals you have.
