Two people built a working agent-native substrate with a live MCP server, a deployable Studio, and an enterprise engagement. The integration layer for AI is standardizing right now. The round funds throughput on something that already exists — not a search for product-market fit.
What we are not asking
This is an institutional seed into the company. The right framing for any investor — including a personal check — is a clean instrument with a defined cap, not a personal favor. Confidence and clarity raise rounds; pressure does not.
