Team
Who is building this
Daniel — Founder. Product, architecture, and go-to-market. Drives the substrate thesis and the full product surface — from the primitive model to Studio to the MCP layer. Background spanning product, real estate, and a long-running interest in systems and infrastructure.
Damien — CTO. Backend and infrastructure. Owns the systems that make the platform run reliably as it scales.
The team-of-two story
Everything in the data room — a working platform with Pages, Tasks, Memory, Calendar, Files, Habits, a live MCP server, and a Studio that deploys real apps — was built by two people. That is the signal: capital here is not funding the search for a product. It is funding throughput on a product that already exists and already has users and an enterprise engagement exercising it.
The honest version of "team of one, now two" is a strength, not a gap: it means the per-dollar output is unusually high and the first hires compound fast. Frame it that way, not apologetically.
What the round funds on the team side
The first hires extend the same builder-density: engineering depth around the runtime and MCP layer, and the people to turn the Kindo-style engagement into a repeatable enterprise motion. Specific roles and the org plan can be walked through in diligence.
