Little Wolf Coffee — Partnership Hub

This hub is the canonical home for the Little Wolf engagement: the partnership thesis, business breakdown, the Stage One website rebuild, and the wedge for working with Shirley in The Cloud more broadly.

Why this partnership

Two things are true at once:

1. Little Wolf is a real, multi-channel commerce business — wholesale (national), DTC (Shopify), and physical retail (two cafés). That makes it an ideal live testbed for The Cloud's commerce surfaces (WebShop, AppStore, UserShip) against a real catalog, real orders, and a real operator.

2. Shirley is a connector — an operator-manager who works with other companies in the commerce space. Landing her well turns one partner into a channel.

The wedge: most tools strand good output in a transcript. The Cloud is where a business's commerce operations, content, and decisions live and compound. Little Wolf is the proof.

It rebuilds littlewolf.coffee in Little Wolf's own voice ("Good Coffee & Companions"), keeps the minimalist/husky brand, and shows: hero, seasonal roast grid, story, subscription tiers, two-location café strip, and a wholesale/partner section. Product data is mocked but maps to their real lineup (Kamwangi AA, Artemira, Boa Vista, Decaf El Nevado).
