Keep your energy system working

Alerts, a system that stopped producing, or care before outage season: start here.

A monitoring alert, a system that has stopped producing, or routine care before outage season. Start with the equipment and the issue.

01

Solar: production and monitoring

Tell us when the change began, whether the monitoring app is connected and which inverter or panel system you have. Include the alert text and recent production history when available. A missing internet connection and a production fault need different next steps.

02

Battery: readiness and alerts

Share the battery model, the monitoring message and whether the problem happens during normal operation or an outage. Ask the service team to review the backup configuration and the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements for your installation.

03

Generator: scheduled care

Vital Energy’s published scope includes fuel and connection inspections, battery testing, oil and filter changes, coolant checks, air-filter service and diagnostics. The scope varies by model; follow its manufacturer’s service schedule.

04

Brands and service plans

The company lists Generac, Kohler and Briggs & Stratton among the generator brands it services. Its published plans include annual inspections, biannual maintenance and emergency response packages. Ask about current coverage, response terms and equipment eligibility.

05

Before your appointment

Have the service address, manufacturer, model, alert message and last service date ready. Describe what stopped working and when. The team will confirm the next step and service scope; submitting a request does not book an emergency response.
