Question 1

Where does Vital Energy work?

Accepted Answer

Vital Energy serves homes and businesses in Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Lake and Mendocino counties from its Sebastopol office. Enter your property address to confirm service.

Question 2

Can I see a price before I talk to anyone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Find your home, see your roof on satellite, choose roof or ground panels and an optional Tesla Powerwall 3, and the estimated price updates as you go. The final price is confirmed after the site visit.

Question 3

Can solar work with battery backup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vital Energy installs solar, battery storage including the Tesla Powerwall 3, and standby generators. The team reviews your energy needs before recommending a system.

Question 4

What happens after I send a request?

Accepted Answer

Vital Energy contacts you to arrange a site visit. After the visit you receive a proposal with the confirmed price. Once you approve it, the team handles the permit, the installation and permission to operate from the utility. Sending a request does not book work or charge you.
