By accessing or using the Atlas platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are offered byUsable Machines, Inc. (dba Kindo).

2. Third-Party Trademarks and Logos

The Service displays third-party names, logos, and marks — including but not limited to those of Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT) — solely to identify the underlying model providers and tools available through the platform. Usable Machines, Inc. (dba Kindo) claims no ownership of, affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the holders of these marks. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos referenced in the Service remain the property of their respective owners.

If you are a rights holder and would like a mark altered or removed from the Service, contact us at hello@kindo.com. We will respond within ten (10) business days and work with you in good faith to resolve the request.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
